I am a quality and food safety leader with a strong strategic mindset and a natural ability to connect people, ideas, and functions. With decades of international experience in manufacturing, innovation, supplier management, and global quality leadership, I focus on elevating quality in a structural and sustainable way.
I operate from a helicopter perspective, seeing what happens across silos and bringing together functions that do not naturally align. I believe real progress is achieved when organisations move from isolated expertise to shared ownership. Quality and food safety are never individual efforts, but collective responsibilities.
What I stand for
I believe that nothing of real value is achieved alone. Every organisation has deep expertise within its people. The challenge is to connect it.
My approach is positive, pragmatic, and focused on translating strategy into execution. A strong roadmap for quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance only delivers value when it is embedded in the supply chain, aligned with stakeholders, and translated into clear tactical steps.
I create the conditions in which people actively engage with one another, share both successes and failures, and build stronger systems together.
What I have achieved
As Global Quality Director at FrieslandCampina, I led the global Food Safety and Quality roadmap and crisis management programmes, delivering measurable results including significant reductions in spoilage incidents, pathogen contamination, QC costs, and supplier complaints.
In Asia, I was responsible for quality and food safety across 14 production sites, achieving substantial reductions in complaints and failure costs.
Through TimE Food Solutions, I have supported leading food and beverage companies in developing multi-year quality strategies, conducting in-depth assessments, harmonising organisations, and strengthening supplier and regulatory frameworks.
Throughout my career, I have conducted audits at more than 150 production sites worldwide and led large-scale quality integration programmes following mergers.
